All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities and discontinue products at any time.

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products under these Terms and Conditions. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

Payment is processed at the time of order. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This confirmation represents our acceptance of your order and forms a contract between you and Tennessee Shop.

We ship worldwide except to parts of Asia and some remote regions. Please see our shipping information for specific country restrictions.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods and Timeframes

• Standard Shipping ($12.95): Carrier DHL or FedEx – 10-15 business days after shipment
• Free Shipping (on orders over $50): Carrier EMS – 15-25 business days after shipment

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Tennessee Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs or other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Address

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by customers.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Vols gear. Please review our return policy carefully.

Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment.

Condition of Items

All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Jewelry & Lapel Pins (due to hygiene reasons)
• Hair Accessories (for health protection)
• Footwear that shows signs of wear
• Any item without its original tags or packaging
• Customized, personalized, or sale items (unless defective)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
2. Wait for approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
3. Package the item securely with all original tags and packaging

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

As a user of our website and customer of our store, you agree to:
