This policy outlines how to return or exchange products purchased from fitweardaily.com.

Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of receipt of your shipment. All returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Jewelry & Lapel Pins (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Hair Accessories (for health protection)
  • Footwear that shows signs of wear
  • Any item without its original tags or packaging

Note: Customized, personalized, or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship Your Return: Mail the package to the address provided in your return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account (typically 3-10 business days after we process it).

Exchanges

For exchanges:

  • We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return.
  • If the exchanged item costs more than the original, you will be charged the difference.
  • If the exchanged item costs less, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
